Common Areas of Concern that Should be in Order

  • Listing Title is your name in full name with your professional title; e.g. Dr. Sarah Adams
  • Listing logo is your Display picture, which should be clear and in a professional manner.

  • Description is your Professional Summary, and is important. See Sample Listing for example.
  • If you are working in a hospital/Clinic/Private Practice, add the details of the hospital via Add Chamber.
  • Active Opening Hours are the hours you are available to be contacted, if you leave blank it means you are available 24hrs a day, every day. This is important for listed doctors.

Please Note

  • The Contact details you provide is to be your official address & number [where you receive your patients], and not your private/home contact, except if it is where or how you receive your patients.
  • All “New Listing” submissions will be “Pending” and will remain so, until CMF Admin approves it to be “Published”. CMF admin can only approve a listing if it is in order by way of information provided being verified, complete and appropriate.
  • CMF Admin may call or message you via your contact number to verify information or inform you of any issues, so please make sure it is valid. This is to satisfy CMF policies, so we are not held liable for misinformation or lack of transparency.
  • Please allow 24hrs – 72hrs [Monday – Friday] for approval, subject to listing being in order.
  • Contact CMF if listing is in order and the status remains “Pending” after 72hrs [Monday – Friday].
