Concerned Medics Foundation (CMF) is tackling the critical issue of brain drain in Nigeria’s healthcare sector. We’re excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership with the National Hospital Abuja for a 2-year pilot rotational program running from September 2024 to September 2026. This program aims to bring specialist doctors to Nigeria to volunteer, mentor, and train their peers.

 

Mission Statement:

To develop clinical and related services to the highest international standards, reducing the need for Nigerians and others in the sub region to seek medical attention elsewhere. To ensure that it is endowed with highly skilled personnel and state-of-the-art equipment to provide the highest standard of medical care. To engage in relevant medical research and to be at the forefront of medical education at all levels.

Ward Rounds
• All units review their patients daily with a consultant led teaching round
once weekly.
• All patients are reviewed daily by the Senior Registrar
• Call hours are covered by the units on-call.
• We operate unit call duty with a registrar a n d senior registrar in each
unit sleeping in.


ACCOMMODATION
• Within the hospital premises – walking distance of 5 – 10 minutes
• Fully furnished apartments in a secure environment.
• Expenses not covered, transport, food, insurance, administrative
